0175805641 2013-11-19 Production Wells No Violations FOLLOW UP TO CA #-1381169725: On the day of my inspection I found that the oil had been removed and there were no leaks observed at the time of my inspection. This violation is resolved.

1379611196 2018-01-02 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit. The motor, drive belts and electric were intact. The flow lines were connected at the wellhead and the valves were open. There were no leaks around the wellhead. There was an ID sign on the electric box. The production equipment is shared by the Stein 1-5 wells. It consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks, one 50 barrel steel tank and one vertical separator in a shallow earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills around the tanks.
1381169725 2013-10-28 Production Wells Violations Noted On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel stock tanks, one separator and one 30 barrel brine tank. This well shares a tank battery with permits 2322, 4466, 4597, and 5091. The pumping unit was identified, but the identification at the tank battery was incorrect. The well was pumping at the time of inspection and it was leaking from the stuffing box, creating a puddle of crude oil around the well head. The leak should be repaired and the contaminated soil needs to be cleaned up.
