0224519236 2015-05-20 Production Wells Violations Noted On the day of my inspection I found that the hole beside the pumping unit had not been filled in. I called Petrox and spoke with Scott Dutton. I told him that I wanted the hole filled in with sack cement and I would be back in 30 days to follow up.
0355205993 2015-03-19 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the wellhead was equipped with a pumping unit. The motor was intact, the valves were open and the polished rod showed signs of recent use. The tank battery consisted of one 210 barrel tank, one separator and a concrete underground brine tank. Proper identification was posted and I found no leaks or spills. There was a hole approximately 12 to 16 in diameter and 20 deep next to the pumping unit. I called Petrox. They claimed they were not aware, but they would fill it in.
1091812181 2015-06-04 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the hole had been filled to surface. This violation is resolved.
1248882634 2009-07-29 Production Wells No Violations
1312565200 2011-08-05 Production Wells Violations Noted Well pumping this inspection. Oil around well head 10 by 10. Well head isnt accessible for annular disposal inspection (TAAD). 1. Remove oil from well head area. 2. Uncover well head for inspection.
1488823447 2017-03-06 Annular Disposal No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that annular disposal was not in use at this well. There was one 210 barrel steel tank and a concrete, underground brine vault in use for fluid storage. There was an earthen dike in place. There were no leaks or spills around the storage tank, and I found no signs at the surface that the vault was leaking.
