On the day of my inspection I found that there were two steel lines that were crossing the creek. They were being bent by a large mass of woody debris that had washed down the creek. Dwayne and Travis Dugan showed up with a track-hoe to clear the debris from the lines. They also had two sections of 4.5 casing to reinforce the lines at the creek crossing. |
