The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel stock tank and one 30 barrel brine tank. There was no dike and the area around the tanks was overgrown with vegetation. No identification was posted at the well head or tank battery. The contaminated soil around the well head needs to be removed, the overgrown vegetation needs to be trimmed, and proper identification must be posted. |
