There was no wellhead or visible casing in the vicinity of the GPS coordinates or plat map illustration. There was no production equipment. ODNR records indicate that this well was plugged and abandoned, and the final restoration was passed on 8/27/98. I could not find a record of the plug report. I contacted Dwayne Dugan to request that he produce a copy of the original plug report for this well. Once a plug report is received I will recommend that the status be changed from PR - producing to PA - plugged and abandoned. |
