1095642426 2013-07-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel storage tank, one separator and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. The tank battery was set very close to the well.

1531229960 2018-07-10 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I met with Chad Gress of Gress Oil & Gas to confirm the location and identity of all their producing wells on the Lacy lease. The well location matched the GPS coordinates stored in RBDMS. Gress had the well identification sign labeled for the Lacy 1-B, permit 5966. I gave Chad the correct information and he changed the numbers on the identification sign. He also wrote down the information to get their records updated for production reports and severance tax purposes. I searched for permit 5966 and found that it was showing up as being plugged by LBJ Drilling in 1987.
