The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel stock tanks, one 20 barrel poly brine tank, one separator and an earthen dike. The poly brine tank had a hole in the top and a 2 ft X 3 ft area of contaminated soil had accumulated below the hole. No identification was posted at this tank battery. All contaminated soil must be removed from inside the dike, and proper identification must be posted. |
