0439679876 2016-10-03 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the area where the tanks were had been graded out and covered in gravel. Delta is leaving a small gravel pad in place around their compressor station. Pumper Jim Dunfee said that they will be bringing in a drip tank. The lease road will still be used to access the compressor station. The rest of the site has been covered in grass all year. The final restoration is passed.
0450056706 2016-06-08 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well site had not been restored. The site still needs a final grade and it needs to have vegetative cover established. The perimeter of the site is growing with naturally occurring weeds, but the majority of the site is still rough graded rocky soil with no vegetative cover. There were no remnants of straw or any signs that an attempt had been made to establish vegetation. I did not observe any signs of erosion. There were still two 100 barrel steel tanks and a vertical separator in place. Two tanks had been removed from the site, leaving behind some oil stained soil. I called Tom Weirs, owner of Delta Petroleum to ask about the restoration. He claimed to be unaware that the restoration had never been completed. I reminded Tom that the restoration was due on 2/11/16 and I discussed the actions needed to complete the restoration. Tom claimed that he would be out this week to look it over and he would get it taken care of.
0592422814 2016-09-21 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the 100 barrel steel tanks, and the separator had been removed. The site where the tanks were still needs to be graded and seeded. I called Jim Dunfee and discussed the issued that still need to be addressed to pass the final restoration.
0711401983 2016-07-12 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that grass was growing on the well site. Approximately 70% of the site was growing. The separator and two 100 barrel tanks were still in place. I called and left a message with Jim Dunfee about removing the production equipment.
1048593926 2003-05-21 Preliminary Restoration No Violations pasted
1073410255 2004-01-06 Production Wells No Violations Well in production .
1127523966 2016-08-11 Final Restoration No Violations I was stopped in the field by pumper Jim Dunfee to give me an update on the progress of the final restoration. Jim claimed that he was waiting on Randy Moran to haul the extra 100 barrel tank and separator from the site. One tank will be left behind for the compressor station.
1175582751 2016-06-20 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well site had been graded out, seeded and covered in straw. The oil stained soil where the tanks were had been removed and the area was also graded out. Two tanks, one vertical separator and a compressor were still in place. I called Jim Dunfee, pumper for Delta Petroleum to ask about the remaining equipment. He said that he planned to leave one 100 barrel steel tank as a drip for his compressor. The other 100 barrel tank and the separator will be removed as soon as possible.
1423671956 2015-02-11 Production Wells Violations Noted On the day of my inspection I found that the wellhead was equipped with rods and tubing. The pumping unit had been removed. The valve on the tubing was closed. There was plastic gas line leading from the casing to a small compressor at the tank battery. Identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. This well has not met the minimum production requirements since 2009. This well must be plugged and abandoned within 180 days of the issuance of this compliance notice.
1438956695 2015-08-06 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I stopped by Randy Morans rig and they were pulling rods with a scrapper at the bottom. They are trying to remove the parrafin from the 2.375tubing. They will try to get as close to 3483 as posible. They will plan on shooting the tubing and setting the bottom hole plug. Randy said he will call when he sets the job up.
1439221510 2015-08-10 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection Randy Moran reported that Jet Wireline Services attempted to shoot the 1.5 tubing off at 3383. They still could not get the tubing to pull free. Cemenco pumped on the tubing to confirm that it was parted and pumped a 30 sack cement bottom plug. Jet Wireline Services made a second attempt to shoot the tubing off at 2473. Moran pulled the tubing and ripped the 4.5 casing at 2468 and pulled one joint.
1439302362 2015-08-11 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection Cemenco established circulation and pumped cement plugs at the top of the Big Lime, through the Berea, at the base of the surface casing and 200 to surface. Circulation was established and maintained throughout each plug.
1464126667 2015-08-05 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Randy Moran was rigged up to plug the well. They pulled the rods and tried to pull the tubing. The tubing was stuck and would not move at 22000 lbs. of pull. Moran was running back in with rods equipped with swab cups in order to clear the paraffin out of the tubing. Once they reach bottom they will have the tubing shot off.
1752937441 2015-08-17 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the casing had been cut, capped and buried. The pit was closed and the site had been graded out. The well has been plugged and abandoned. This violation is resolved.
