| 1214626769 | 2017-06-20 | Exempt Well Pre Transfer | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit. The motor, drive belts and electric were intact. The flow lines were connected at the wellhead and the tubing valve was open. The gauge showed 20 pounds. Identification was written on the pumping unit. I found no leaks or spills around the wellhead or unit. The production equipment consisted of one 30 barrel steel tank, one vertical separator, a compressor, three vertical drips and a house gas meter. There was an earthen dike around the equipment that was holding water in one end. I tested the water for chlorides with a high range Quantab test strip, and found none. Correct, legible identification was posted on the separator. There was a cabin located 500 feet from the wellhead. There was no one at the property, but I walked around and found an external gas line with a newer regulator on the side of the cabin. I called the number that I was given for landowner Sheri Miller, but no one answered and there was no voice mail. I called former Kenoil pumper Chuck Donnelly who said he was pretty sure the cabin was using gas off of the well. |
