1360677824 | 2013-02-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a plunger lift system. The tank battery consisted of one 210 barrel stock tank, one separator and an earthen dike. There were no leaks or spills and proper identification was posted. No violations at this time. |
1457365665 | 2016-03-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was being produced with a plunger lift system. The surface casing head was buried and not visible. One casing valve was closed, the other was partially open and connected to the control box with 3/8 tubing. The tubing valve was open and the gauge showed 300 psi. The tank battery consisted of one new, unpainted 140 barrel steel tank and one horizontal separator. The load valves on the tank were equipped with plugs. There was a domestic gas connection through a meter and drip bottle at the separator. An earthen dike was in place around the production equipment. Identification was written on the tank with a paint stick. I found no leaks or spills around the wellhead or at the tank battery. |
