0859420995 2016-03-07 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was being produced with open flow through a casing swage, an open ball valve and plastic tubing that was connected to the flow line. The surface casing was equipped with two valves that were both closed. There was one empty 30 barrel steel tank inside of an earthen dike. The identification sign on the tank was faded, so I filled it out with the correct information. The flow line was not connected to the tank. The line entered the ground inside of the dike in the general direction of a drip station along CR 123. There was a section of plastic tubing that exited the ground from the general direction of the dike and connected to the drip station. I found no leaks or spills around the wellhead or at the tank battery.
