0340667416 2016-03-21 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the tank had not been removed. It was not leaking and there was no new contamination. The production reports were still not up to date. I called Brian Galford about resolving the issues. I got no answer and had to leave a message.
0792655635 2015-12-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well had been transferred and new identification was posted. The contamination inside the dike had not been cleaned up and the production reports were still not up to date. I called Brian Galford, owner of Broy Limited, to discuss the compliance issues. He claimed that he was going to remove the tank responsible for the contamination and get the oil cleaned up. He also claimed that he has been submitting production reports and he would look into bringing them up to date.
1131046431 2015-10-21 Production Wells Violations Noted On the day of my inspection I found that the wellhead was equipped with a pumping unit. The motor was intact. The valve on the tubing was open, one valve on the casing was closed and the other was partially open. The polished rod showed signs of recent use and the stuffing box was leaking. The tank battery consisted of three 100 barrel tanks, one 50 barrel tank, one separator and an earthen dike. The tank battery is shared with permit 6749. There was a small hole halfway up the side of one of the 100 barrel tanks that was leaking crude oil onto the ground in the dike. There was no identification posted at the well or tank battery. There has been no production reported for this well since 2011.
1182067883 2016-01-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the oil had still not been cleaned up and the production reports were still not up to date. I called Brian Galford and left a voice message in regards to the violations.

1387269307 2017-03-10 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the bad tank had still not been removed. However, the valve to the tank was shut off and it was empty. There was no new contamination around the tank and there were no signs of any fresh leaking from the small hole in the side. The identification sign was posted at the tank battery. I also found that the annual production has been reported for 2015. The compliance notice is resolved.
1742173973 2016-01-21 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the oil contamination had been cleaned up around the tanks. I spoke with Brian Galford. He still needs to move that tank that leaked before he can get to the oily gravel underneath. He plans to remove the tank completely from the tank battery.
