1524008164 2012-07-11 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations I received a call from Brad Hillyer claiming that this well was listed as producing by ODNR, when in fact the well was plugged and abandoned. On the day of my inspection I found visual evidence of a former well site, such as the remnants of a lease road that led to the footprint of a pumping unit. The soil was rough graded and planted with grass, the surrounding area was cropped field planted in soybeans. No well head components or production equipment were visible. I was my determination that this well was plugged and abandoned. I contacted the office of David Hill and after a review of the records it was determined that they have been reporting production for permit # 6761 on this well. They will make the necessary changes and I will notify ODNR central office.
