The lease road and tank battery site were also growing with grass. This site passes final restoration.

1191467609 2013-06-11 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of four 100 barrel stock tanks, one 30 barrel brine tank, two separators and an earthen dike. This well shares a tank battery with permits 6206 and 6279. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. No violations at this time.
1382633709 2013-10-24 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection Cemenco bull-headed a 268 bottom plug through 4.5 casing. Mike Wheeler ripped the casing at 3052. They pulled up to the top of the Big Lime and Cemenco set a 200 plug. Wheeler pulled up to the Berea and Cemenco set a 170 plug. Wheeler pulled up to the bottom of the surface casing and Cemenco set a 200 plug. Wheeler pulled up to 200, we checked the fluid level and found that it was at approximately 180. Wheeler pulled the remaining 4.5 casing. Cemenco set a stone bridge at 180 and filled the 8.625 casing to surface with cement. The cement level was still at 3 after settling for 30 minutes.
