The swage was shut in with a ball valve. The flow lines were disconnected. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of one 210 barrel steel tank, one 100 barrel steel tank and one two horizontal separator in an earthen dike. The tank valves were equipped with bull plugs, and I found no leaks around the equipment. The MFC identification sign was blank. There was livestock fence around the production equipment. I spoke to the pumper Ray Dillon to ask that he fill in the well information on the ID sign. |
