1060545214 | 2012-10-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit and connected to a tank battery that consisted of three 100 barrel stock tanks, one 100 barrel brine tank and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. No violations at this time. |
1192124264 | 2016-09-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the oil stained soil around the wellhead had been scraped up, and peat moss had been spread around the area. Correct, legible identification had been posted at the wellhead. The compliance issues have been resolved. |

1395154636 | 2018-12-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The engine, drive belts and fuel line were intact. The flow lines were connected and the valves were open. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of four 100 barrel steel tanks in earthen dikes. Correct, legible identification was posted at the tanks. I found no leaks or spills around the tanks. |

1999429116 | 2016-07-19 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was being produced with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The engine was intact, the lines were connected and the valves were open. The polished rod showed signs of recent use. There were two 12 inch diameter areas of oil stained soil near the wellhead. The tank battery is shared with permit 7119 and consisted of two separate dikes. The upper dike contained three 100 barrel steel tanks, and the lower dike contained one 100 barrel steel tank. Correct, legible identification was posted at the tank battery. There was no identification posted at the wellhead. The issues that need to be addressed to bring this well into compliance are: remove the oil stained soil and grass around the wellhead; post correct, legible identification at the wellhead. I called Mike Wheeler to go over the compliance issues. He agreed to have everything taken care of within 30 days. |
