The motor, drive belts and electric were intact. The flow line was connected at the wellhead and the valve was open. Correct, legible identification was posted on the electric box. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks in an earthen dike that are shared by the Layman 3 through 13 wells. Correct, legible identification was posted at the tanks for all of the wells on the lease. There were no leaks or spills around the wellhead or tanks. The well site was graded out and covered in vegetation. There were no signs of erosion and there were no materials or debris left behind. The preliminary restoration for this well is complete. The well status should be changed to producing (PR). |
