0278243363 2012-06-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Swabbing the tubing to kick the well off. The well is gassing and bringing some oil. They will swab the rest of the day and rig down and move off tomorrow (6/5/12). They are in the process of reclaiming the location. The pits have already been closed.
0901630670 2016-06-13 Production Wells No Violations On the day of inspection I found that the well was being produced with a plunger lift system. The lines were connected and the valves were open. The wellhead was fenced with barbed wire, as it is located in an agricultural pasture. The tank battery consisted of one 210 barrel steel tank, one 100 barrel steel tank and one horizontal separator. An earthen dike was in place around the production equipment. I found no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. Correct, legible identification was posted on the 210 barrel tank.
1051139607 2012-07-12 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I conducted an inspection on the preliminary restoration of this site and found that the soil had been graded out and moderate vegetative cover was established. The well site is in pasture and the well head is shut in with a Demco valve. The tank battery consisted of one 210 bbl stock tank, one 100 bbl brine storage tank and a separator. The equipment was not connected, the dike was not constructed and no identification was posted. This site does not pass restoration at this time.
1113174128 2012-05-30 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The well was fractured and flowed back yesterday (5/29/12). Swabbing today from 1500. Will sand pump the well tomorrow and then run tubing.
1331155639 2012-03-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Ran 8.625 casing and cemented to surface.
1344187280 2020-3-25 0:00: PW No Violations 0.60
1490373968 2012-05-29 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Viewed the Bond Log and found a good cement bond thru the production zone and above to the cement top. The actual cement top is 3721. There are 60 perforations from 4323 to 4416. The frac crew was on location and rigging up to fracture the well.
