1128047114 2013-02-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Kilbarger Drilling Rig 5 had drilled the well to a total depth of 3359. Appalachian Well Surveys was on location to run the open hole log. The permit was displayed in the doghouse, there were no sags or tears in the pit liners and there were no leaks or spills.
1361472517 2013-02-21 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Kilbarger Drilling Rig #5 was rigging up. The well was not yet spudded. The pits were not lined. I observed new 11.75 and 8.625 casing on the pipe racks. The permit was on display in the doghouse. I met with Bill Mitton of Knox Energy to discuss the casing program and estimated formation depths.
1361820649 2013-02-22 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Kilbarger Drilling Rig 5 ran 462 of 8.625 surface casing. Petroset broke circulation, pumped 200 lbs of gel and cotton seed hulls, followed by 145 sacks of class A cement. Good circulation was maintained throughout the job with 9 barrels of cement returns. The permit was displayed in the doghouse, there were no sags or tears in the pit liners and there were no leaks or spills.
1361892364 2013-02-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Kilbarger Drilling Rig 5 ran 3299 of 4.5 casing. Petroset broke circulation and pumped 100 sacks of class A cement. Good circulation was maintained throughout the job. Petroset landed the plug and pressured up to 1000 psi, held for 5 minutes and released.
1542122983 2013-08-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the location was graded and planted with well established short grasses. All drilling equipment and debris had been removed from the site. The well head was equipped with a pumping unit. There were no leaks or spills and there were no signs of erosion. This site passes preliminary restoration.
