2116869632 2013-07-12 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection Wheeler Drilling ran used, tested, and drifted 8.625 casing to 453 with 2 centralizers. Cemenco pumped fluid ahead, followed by 10 sacks of gel and 130 sacks of cement. The cement was within 3 feet of the top of the conductor casing when Cemenco landed the plug. They pressured up on the casing to 500 psi and held for 5 minutes with no bleed off. Cemenco then topped the well off with another 20 sacks of cement.
