0755566374 2013-04-30 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Jet Wireline Services ran a bond log on the surface casing. The log showed that the cement top was at approximately 58. Wheeler Drilling filled the annular space to surface with 700 lbs of sack cement. They were approved to continue drilling operations.

Cemenco pumped 40 barrels of water, 500 lbs of gel and 166 sacks of class A cement. Circulation was never established. Upon landing the plug Cemenco pressured up to 500 psi and held for 5 minutes with less than 10% bleed off. Mackenco will be required to run a bond log before resuming drilling operations.
