-up number 2016-209. On the day of my inspection the well was being operated by Atlee Miller Oil. 330-674-9801. The well is opened and producing. The well is equipped with pumping unit and production manifold is open at the tubing and casing valves. The unit is powered by an electric motor. There is [1]100 barrel steel tank and [1]1100 gallon plastic tank enclosed within an impoundment. The incorrect identification is posted the tank. I called Atlee Miller and stated to him that the wrong well is identified and the well transfer need to be performed from Kill buck Oilfield service to his company. I will get with Chris Grimm.
