1450448127 | 2015-12-18 | Orphan | No Violations | I inspected this well location pursuant to an inquiry being conducted as part of a property transaction assessment. According to records, the well was plugged and abandoned in 1975, and subsequently vaulted and vented. At the time of this inspection, I observed the well is be located in a subsurface vault adjacent to the exterior wall at the SE corner of the existing building. There was a 30-inch diameter bolt-down man-lid which was secure. There were dual, 2-inch diameter vent stacks affixed to the exterior wall, and extended to an estimated 15 feet. At the time of this inspection, I did not observe or detect any signs of leakage or problems. |
