0107801019 | 2015-03-11 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is located in the front portion of a commercial greenhouse, near the road. The well is comprised of a gas-fired pump jack in a chain-link enclosure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure, the stiffing box is tight, and there are no signs of leakage or problems. The surrounding area is level and snow-covered. The battery is located adjacent to the wellhead. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, and separator in a separate chain-link enclosure which is locked. Connections and fittings are secure. Load-outs are secure and locked. Signage is present and accurate. I did not observe any problems at the time of this inspection. |
0640956489 | 2014-10-28 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this location has part of routine inspection activity. The well is producing and production records are current. The fittings and connections at the pump jack are free from signs of leakage or other problems. The chain-link enclosure is intact and locked. Fittings at the tank battery are free from signs of leakage or problems. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. Secondary containment is intact. ID Signage is present. |
1043785189 | 2014-05-21 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit to as part of normal periodic status check activities. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly with natural gas-fired pump jack system. The wellhead is located in a closed and locked chain-link enclosure. The well is currently being produced from the 4.5-inch casing and the 1.5-inch production tubing. There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank battery is located east of the wellhead along the same access road. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 100-barrel production tank, and a horizontal separator. The battery is located in a separate chain-link enclosure which is gated and locked. The load-out line is bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery which is in poor condition. The wellhead and battery are located in a topographically low-lying area west of the Olmsted Christian Church and grounds. Surface drainage from the producing unit appears to be to the north and east, towards lower lying areas.. I did not observe any signs of gully formation or washouts. The extant lease road consists of a dedicated gravel-paved drive just south of the church . The lease road shows signs of wear and age but is currently in good condition and free of washout or erosional deficits. I will contact the well owner about replacing the ID placard. There are otherwise no issues or problems requiring attention at this time. |
