1349207535 | 2011-09-20 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | DNR Inspector Ray Wallace inspected this well on 09/20/2011 at the request of DNR Inspector Norburt Lowder. A complaint (#3445) had been filed with Supervisor Gene Chini in regards to site drainage problems and trash littering the area around the well head. Findings were that drainage grading has been hindered by heavy rainfall over the last month. The well head pump is being changed from a rabbit pump to a pump jack. There was a small pile of trash piled neatly in the corner of the well site relating to the maintenance being performed. As I was leaving the site I met with Larry Gibler and Jim Hogue, employees of Duck Creek energy. They assured me that as soon as the site was accessible they would be completing the well reconstruction. They also noted that the person filing this complaint was not an adjacent property owner, nor a member of the well unit so that person would be considered as trespassing onto the property. No notice of violation is issued concerning this inspection. |
1827851250 | 2013-08-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | Violations Noted | The producing unit is comprised of a production wellhead with pumpjack system . The wellhead has no identification placard. In addition, the access road to the well is severely rutted with surface erosion and not well maintained. The condition of the road will continue to degrade without intervention. Identification is present at the tank battery. The tank battery, which is shared with the Smith AG #1 and the Shoup #2 units, is located on S. Hills Blvd. in the Fox Sports parking area. The tank battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel production above-ground storage tanks (ASTs) and one 100-barrel brine AST in a chain-link enclosure. |
1999053266 | 2014-07-16 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 07/07/1985. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger lift system. The wellhead is located in the parking area of a coorporate office park and is in a chain-link enclosure. There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank battery is located at the edge of the parking area within the same corporate office park, northeast of the well. The battery is comprised of a total of 2 steel 140-barrel production tanks, 100-barrel steel brine tank, and horizontal separator. The battery is shared with the #2-1313 and #2-1319 units. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The battery is located in a separate chain-link enclosure which is gated and locked. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery and wellhead which are legible and in good condition. |
2072122531 | 2017-12-01 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located within a conmercial office park. The wellhead pump jack system, is located in asmall clearing in a wooded area on the SW side of the parcel. Access to the wellhead is via a dedicated access road which was overgrown in places but passable. Fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage. The associated battery, which is shared with the #2-1313 and the #2-1319 wells, located elsewhere on the larger parcel. Fittings and connections were secure. Secondary containment was intact. The load-lines were plugged and secure. The well was in active production. The charter record was active and current. |
