0716413520 | 2017-08-02 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this production well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and associated battery are located at the back of a residential parcel. The dedicated portion of the access road, which extends northward from the end of the shared driveway. Was in good condition. Fittings and connections at the well and battery were secure. The secondary containment was intact and free from signs of spills or leaks. The load lines were locked and secure. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impact or degradation to the natural greenscape. |
1375729779 | 2013-08-05 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The producing unit is comprised of a surface casing completion and a valve swage connected to a flow line. The wellhead is enclosed in a chain-link enclosure. Identification is present. I did not observe any evidence of leakage. The tank battery, which is shared with the Smith AG #1 and the Frank Trem #1 units, is located on S. Hills Blvd. in the Fox Sports parking area. The tank battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel production above-ground storage tanks (ASTs) and one 100-barrel brine AST in a chain-link enclosure. |
1512139095 | 2017-12-01 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located within a conmercial office park. The wellhead plunger-lift syste, is located in a paved parrking area, in a small chain-link enclosure which was locked and secure. Fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage. The associated battery, which is shared with the #2-1313 and the #2-1279 wells, located elsewhere on the larger parcel. Fittings and connections were secure. Secondary containment was intact. The load-lines were plugged and secure. The well was in active production. The charter record was active and current. |
1747638273 | 2014-07-16 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 08/18/1985. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and pump jack system. The wellhead is located down an access road which is significantly eroded and overgorwn. There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank battery is located at the edge of the parking area for a corporate officer park, north of the well. The battery is comprised of a total of 2 steel 140-barrel production tanks, 100-barrel steel brine tank, and horizontal separator. The battery is shared with the #2-1313 and #2-1279 units. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The battery is located in a separate chain-link enclosure which is gated and locked. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery and wellhead which are legible and in good condition. |
