0562955324 2017-11-30 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located on a country club facility, behind the maintenance shed area. At the time of this inspection, I found the following: a wellhead plunger-lift unit and associated battery in separate chain -link enclosures. The fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage or problems. Fittings and connections at the battery were secure. The load-lines were plugged and locked. ID signage was present and current. The secondary containment was intact with no signs of leakage, spills, or problems. I did note the following item of concern: the 100-barrel stock tank diplayed several areas of advanced corrosion. There was no evidence of leakage but the presence of the corrosion may indicate areas where leakage may occur in the near future. I notified the well owner about the need for evaluation of thre tank for continued use. The shared-use access road was in good condition. The well was in active production. The chart recorder was active. Production reports and insurance were current.

Access to the well and battery are via the entrance driveway to the curling house at the country club. The wellhead plunger lift and battery are in separate chain-link enclosures. At the time of my inspection, the enclosure gates are locked, load-outs are plugged, secure, and locked, and connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or other problems. The well and battery are located in an area which grades to the west towards Euclid Creek At the time of this inspection, the surrounding areas are snow-covered. I did not observe any signs of impact relating to the on-going production activity at the time of this inspection.
