0483092535 | 2018-06-21 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection. Fittings and connections at the well and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. The tank lids were closed. The secondary containment has a small amount of collected rain water which was clear with no signs of leakage The individual enclosure gates were locked. Production reports were current and up-to-date, but the well was not producing at the time of my inspection. The shared-use access road was in good condition. I walked and inspected the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and found the natural greenscape to be free from signs of impact or degradation. |
