1471365951 2016-08-15 Final Restoration No Violations I inspected this former well location as an evaluation for final restoration. The well was completed on12/20/2007. According to M & M Royalty, the well was never placed into production and was plugged and abandoned on 05/29/2016. A plugging report was submitted and on file. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: the former well location and surrounding area was comprised of an asphalt-paved parking and materials storage area. Large piles of gravel and other construction materials were being stockpiled and/or stored at the site. The access road was comprised of a shared-use asphalt road which was in use by the landowner. No further action regarding Final Restoration is needed.
