The well and battery are located in a clearing within a wooded area with residential use beyond. Approach to the well is via a gated entry adjacent to the referenced address. The access road is gravel-paved. The wellhead is comprised of a pump jack system in a board-on-board enclosure. The enclosure gate is locked and secure. I observed a minor leakage of gas at the polish rod fitting. The ID signage must be updated to be compliant with 1501:9-9--e). In addition, the entry gate requires ID signage. The tank battery enclosure is locked and secure. The secondary containment is intact and in good condition. The load lines are locked and secure. Process safety equipment is present. Hatch lids are closed and sealed. I notified Moore Resources regarding the deficiencies.

At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system which was in operation. Fittings and connections at the well were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The chain-link enclosure was locked and secure. The associated tank battery is located in a separate chain-link enclosure which was locked and secure. The battery is shared with the #1 well located on the same property. The fittings and connections were secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry. Signage was present. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of degradation or impact to the natural greenscape.
