0033868500 2015-12-18 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and associated battery are located in a clearing in a small wooded lot. The lot is surrounded by single-family residential development. The lot is generally flat-lying and drainage is predominantly via infiltration. At the time of this inspection, connections and fittings at the battery and wellhead were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The individual enclosure gates were locked and secure. Load lines were bull-plugged and locked. Tank hatch lids were closed, latched and secure. The electrical box was locked. Carbon filter, low-pressure relief valve, and spark arrestor elements were present. Secondary containment at the battery was intact and the interior is dry. I walked the surrounding areas and did not observe any signs of impact. The short access road was level, well drained, and maintained. I did not observe any problems or issues of concern during this inspection.

1400691906 2014-05-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit to evaluate conditions for preliminary restoration. The well was completed in 10/07/2008. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger lift system. The wellhead is located in a closed and locked board-on-board enclosure. The 8.625-inch casing is valved to surface but is not gauged. There is currently 300 PSI showing at the production tubing. There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank battery is located northwest and adjacent to the wellhead. The battery is comprised of 2 steel 100-barrel production tanks, 1 50-barrel poly brine tank, and a horizontal separator. The battery is located in a separate board-on-board enclosure which is gated and locked. The load-outs are bull-plugged. There is process safety equipment in use (carbon filter, low-pressure relief valve, and spark arrestor). The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery which is legible. There is well established evergreen screening at both the wellhead and battery. The area formerly occupied by drilling equipment, including former pits, has been restored and reclaimed. There is well established grassy vegetation throughout the area. The area of the well is mostly level with a slight topographic drop to the west. Surface drainage appears to be to the west. I did not observe any signs of gully formation or washouts. The extant lease road consists of a gravel-paved extension of Water Street. The lease road is currently in good condition and free of washout or erosional deficits. Beyond the area cleared for the wellhead and tank battery, the areas surrounding the unit are utilized for single-family residential use. Requirements for Preliminary Restoration are met.
