At the time of this inspection, there is 12 to 14 inches of snow cover which obscures some surficial features.

At the time of this inspection, I observed the following elements: a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift system in a chain-link enclosure. A tank battery comprised of two 100-barrel steel tanks, a mechanical separator in separate chain-link enclosure. The battery enclosure gate was locked and secure. The wellhead enclosure gate was open and unsecure. The surface casing nipple was exposed but not gauged as required by permit condition. Fittings and connections were bull-plugged and secure with locks. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The well ID was missing. The owner must remedy the following by 04/04/2016: replace the missing signage. Lock the well enclosure. Place a gauge at the surface casing nipple as required by permit condition.
