The associated tank battery is located on the north side of the church facility, and similarly located in an asphalt-paved parking area. The battery elements are secured within a board-on-board enclosure. The entry gate was locked and secure. The load-line valves were plugged, locked, and secure. The tank lids were closed and secure. I inspected the interior areas of the battery and found the fittings and connections secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry with no evidence of spills or leakage. |
