0822598953 | 2016-02-02 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: Ingress and egress from the well area is afforded by a short, dedicated lease road which enters from Chartley. A wellhead with mechanical plunger lift system is located in a board-on-board enclosure in a wooded portion of the lot. The well enclosure was locked and secure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from leakage. The 8.625-inch casing annulus was exposed and plumbed into the system. Areas around the wellhead consist of turf grass which was free from signs of stress or impact. The tank battery is located 50 feet east of the wellhead within the same grassy and wooded yard area. The battery is comprised of one 100-barrel, low-boy steel production tank, one 50-barrel poly brine tank. At the time of this inspection, the access gate to the battery was locked and secure. Signage was present. Fittings and connections were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Process safety gear and carbon filter system was present. Secondary containment was intact and dry. Tank lids were closed. The load-outs are located remotely from the battery near the road, and are plugged and locked. Evergreen screening was present surrounding the battery and is good condition. I walked the area surrounding the battery and observed normal grassy vegetation with no signs of erosional deficits or impacts associated with the production operation. I did observe the following maintenance issue: the production tank lid is missing the closure wing-nut. This needs replaced to effect a proper seal. Ive notified the well owner regaridng the misssing wing-nut. |
1064679951 | 2018-08-07 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. I found the wellhead plunger lift and tank battery connections to be secure and free from leakage or problems. The load-lines were locked and secure. I noted that the battery enclosure gate was missing the lock and I contacted the well tender . Production reports were current. The well was in production with an active chart record. I walked and inspected the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of problems. |
1331646382 | 2012-03-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found that the brine storage tank is collapsed and needs to be replaced and replumbed properly. The Pressure Differential Control regulator, which was leaking prior to this date, has been repaired. |

1402412655 | 2014-06-10 | UrbanPreliminary Restoration | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit to evaluate conditions for preliminary restoration. The well was completed in 04/30/2010. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger lift system. The wellhead is located in a closed and locked board-on-board enclosure. The 8.625-inch casing is valved to surface but is not gauged. There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. There is a domestic meter tie-in at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank battery is located east and adjacent to the wellhead. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 100-barrel production tank, 1 50-barrel poly brine tank, and a horizontal separator. The battery is located in a separate board-on-board enclosure which is gated and locked. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. There is process safety equipment in use (carbon filter, low-pressure relief valve, and spark arrestor). The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery and wellhead which are legible and in good condition. The area formerly occupied by drilling equipment, including former pits, has been restored and reclaimed. There is well established grassy vegetation throughout the area. The area of the well is generally level with a slight topographic drop to the northwest. Surface draining appears to be to the northwest. There are no surface water courses evident near the site. I did not observe any signs of gully formation or washouts. Access to the unit is afforded by a dedicated gravel-paved access road located directly across from the house at 1925 Chartley . The short access road is currently in good condition and free of washout or erosional deficits. Beyond the area cleared for the wellhead and tank battery, the areas surrounding the unit are moderately wooded with single-family residential homes bordering to the north and south, and dense |
1721078696 | 2018-01-08 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located in a grassy and wooded fringe area, with suburban residential beyond. At the time of this inspection I noted the following: a well with plunger-lift system and associated tank battery in separate board-on-board enclosures which were locked and secure. The load-line valves were plugged, locked and secure. The secondary containment was intact. The production reports were current. The well was producing with an active chart record. I walked and inspected the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no indications of problems. |
1787595550 | 2017-10-11 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: The wellhead plunger lift and associated tank battery located in the back of a residential property. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: The enclosure gates were locked. The load lines were plugged and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry with no signs of leaks or spills. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery, and found no signs of impact or degradation attributable to the production system. The dedicated access drive and entry were in good condition. |
