At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: The wellhead plunger lift and associated tank battery located in the back of a residential property. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: The enclosure gates were locked. The load lines were plugged and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry with no signs of leaks or spills. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery, and found no signs of impact or degradation attributable to the production system. The surrounding, shared-use, driveway was in good condition.

At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: access to the well was partially afforded by a concrete-paved, shared-use driveway that enters from Miner Road and travels west an additional 500 feet west, via a gravel-paved surface. The dedicated portion of the access road was dry, level, and well maintained. The well and battery were in separate chain-link and board-on-board enclosures, respectively. The enclosure gates were locked. Load-lines were plugged and locked. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from leakage. There was secondary containment at the battery and wellhead. The interior areas were dry and free from signs of spills or leakage. Oil and brine storage tanks were visibly intact. Production reports were current. There were no problems or issues requiring attention at the time of this inspection.

At the time of this inspection, crews from Cutter Oil had performed worker activity and replaced the plunger lift system with a pumping unit. The system was back in production with no signs of problems. Fittings and connections were secure. Enclosure gates were secure. I walked and inspected both the containment interior and areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impact to the natural landscape.
