0188506647 | 2014-07-16 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 11/11/2010. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and pump jack system. The wellhead is located down an access road which is a contiuation of the residential driveway. The access portion is gravelled and in reasonable condition. There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank battery is located via a separate access road. The battery access road is 800 feet further south on Dewey Road, at the head of the access road for the #2-2048 unit which chares the battery. The battery is comprised of a total of 2 steel 140-barrel production tanks, 1 140-barrel steel brine tank, and horizontal separator. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The battery is located in a separate board-on-board enclosure which is gated and locked. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery and wellhead which are legible and in good condition. |

1348248877 | 2017-03-16 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system and associated tank battery located in a clearing within an otherwise wooded area. The wellhead and battery were in separate board-on-board enclosures which were locked. Access to the battery and wellhead was afforded by a gravel-paved access road which was snow-covered, but accessible. The battery was comprised of two 140-barrel steel production tanks, one 140-barrel steel brine tank, and horizontal separators. The battery is shared with the #2-2048 Nero #1. The fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from signs of leakage. The load-lines were plugged, locked, and secure. The ID signage was present and accurate. Process safety equipment was present and in good condition. |
1370544157 | 2013-06-06 | UrbanPreliminary Restoration | No Violations | The unit consists of a production wellhead with a pump jack and a storage tank battery. The wellhead and battery are enclosed in separate board-on-board enclosures, which are locked. Unit ID is present. The tank battery consists of 2 140-barrel tanks and 1 25 barrel tank, and a mechanical separator. HB 278 equipment is present. |
1513696862 | 2017-12-19 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located in a wooded area with a dedicated, gravel-paved access road with gated entry. The access road was in a good condition and passable. The enclosure gates were locked. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. I noted there was some paraffin staining around the base of the wellhead, and I notified Dave Mansbury about the possible need for maintenance. There was an active chart for the Nero well and for the Nero (2-2048), which shares the battery. I walked the areas surrounding the well and found no signs of problems or impacts relating to the production operation. |
