0777406874 | 2015-06-17 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located in a clearing within a wooded area with residential use beyond. Approach to the well is via a gated entry adjacent to the referenced address. The access road is gravel-paved. The wellhead is comprised of a pump jack system in a board-on-board enclosure. The enclosure gate is locked and secure. I observed a minor leakage of oil from the back-pressure valve. The ID signage must be updated to be compliant with 1501:9-9-05E(1)(a-e). In addition, the entry gate requires ID signage. The tank battery enclosure is locked and secure. The secondary containment is intact and in good condition. The load lines are locked and secure. Process safety equipment is present. Hatch lids are closed and sealed. I notified Moore Resources regarding the deficiencies. |
0842738999 | 2017-08-22 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I Inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and associated battery are located behind a multi-family residential development, in separate board-on-board enclosures. The enclosure gates were locked. The load-line valves were locked and secure. There was intact secondary containment at the battery and wellhead, The battery is shared with the Bush #1 (2-1997). The well was in active production, and production reports, bond, and liability insurance were current. The short, gravel-paved access road was in good condition. I walked and inspected the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery |
1472455906 | 2017-10-19 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity and follow-up to a previous inspection in which I had noted that oil was leaking from the polish rod packing . The well and battery are located on an undeveloped parcel located adjacent to a residential condo unit. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system which was in operation. Fittings and connections at the well were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The leakage that I had seen previously had been repaired and mitigated. The chain-link enclosure was locked and secure. The associated tank battery is located in a separate chain-link enclosure which was locked and secure. The battery is shared with the #1 well located on the same property. The fittings and connections were secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry. Signage was present. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of degradation or impact to the natural greenscape. |
1661129908 | 2013-06-17 | UrbanPreliminary Restoration | No Violations | The producing unit consists of the following elements: a wellhead withpump jack unit and above-ground stoarge tank battery system. The wellhead and tank battery are enclosed in separate chain-link enclosures which are locked. The tank battery consists of 3 140-barrel tanks, 1 50-barrel tank, and 2 mechanical separators. The tank battery is shared with the #1997 Unit. HB 278 equipment is present. Secconday containment is present. Erosion and sediment control is in place. Production records are current. No problems or violations. Preliminary restoration passes. |
