0683432501 2018-01-03 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The linear rod pump well and tank battery are located on a parcel utilized for municipal facilities, with separate, shared-use access roads for the well and for the battery which is shared with the #2-2129 well. I found the wellhead and tank battery connections to be secure and free from leakage or problems. The load-lines were locked and secure. Enclosure gates were locked and secure. Production reports were current. The well was in production with an active chart record. I walked and inspected the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of problems. There were several inches of snow in the area.
