0683432501 | 2018-01-03 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The linear rod pump well and tank battery are located on a parcel utilized for municipal facilities, with separate, shared-use access roads for the well and for the battery which is shared with the #2-2129 well. I found the wellhead and tank battery connections to be secure and free from leakage or problems. The load-lines were locked and secure. Enclosure gates were locked and secure. Production reports were current. The well was in production with an active chart record. I walked and inspected the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of problems. There were several inches of snow in the area. |
0941469808 | 2013-07-18 | UrbanPreliminary Restoration | No Violations | The producing unit consists of a wellhead with linear rod pump unit and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery with two steel 140-barrel production tanks, one steel 140-barrel brine tank, 2 mechanical separators, and metering run.. The unit ID is present and meets requirements. The loadouts are locked and bull-plugged. The battery secondary containment is good. The wellhead and battery are in separate board-on-board enclosures. Safety equipment is present in accordance with 1501:9-9-05E. I did not observe any evidence of leakage or spills. The battery is shared with the Blossom Hill 3 unit (3403522129). The access road gate is locked and there is no ID placard. |
1248906756 | 2015-03-30 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is located near the intersection of Oakes and Barr Rds. And is accessed via a dedicated access road from Barr Rd. The battery is located behind the City of Brecksville Service Building and the Blossum Hill Church. Access to the well and battery are from a dedicated access road adjacent to the service building. The wellhead is comprised of a linear road pump system in a locked board-on-board enclosure. Fittings and connections are secure. The tank battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel steel production tanks, 1 100-barrel steel brine tank and separator unit in a separate board-on-board enclosure. Elements of the system are in general good repair. Fittings and connections are secure and free from signs of leakage at the time of this inspection. The load-outs are plugged and secure. ID signage and secondary containment are present. Areas surrounding the wellhead and battery are reasonably well drained and free from signs of adverse impact from the on-going production activity associated with this well. The battery is shared with the Blossum Hill #2-2129 well which is adjacent to the battery. |
