| 1863646500 | 2015-11-09 | Orphan | No Violations | I inspected this well location at the request of the landowner who has contracted with RA Gibson to install a passive vault and vent system at the well. At the time of this inspection, the vault has been installed and a vent line installed which connects to a 2-inch steel riser at the eastern fence line. The 3-bolt lid is secure. There is gas actively venting at the riser. The owner has indicated interest in pursuing I&O assistance with plugging and abandonment. |
