Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1553196184 2016-09-06 Orphan No Violations I inspected this well location pursuant to a call from the occupant of the house (brother of property owner). He reports that Dominion EOG leak-detection crews identified an area in the fron yard of elevated gas readings, and subsequently excavated the location, uncovering a well casing head. Upoon inspection, I observed a 7-inch diameter casing with a 2-bolt head located in the front yard area, 24 inches below the existing grade. There was no apparent active leakage of fluids or gas, but punch bar test holes around the well show detectable gas (50% LEL). The remnants of a 1-inch diameter supply line was excavated at the time of exposure. The connection appears to have been sealed previously.
