Mark indicated that he believed the well was drilled by former neighbor Linus Poeppleman (now deceased) about 50 years ago. Well record for well # 20009 shows 3 wells drilled by Poeppelman Gas Co. in 1954. All wells on the property are gas wells. Well # 3, the N-most well, has 8, 6, & 4 casing which sticks about 3 above the ground. A small collector tank on the well. The well does not appear to be plumbed up. Well has 1.5 production line running 30-40 above ground before being buried. All 3 wells are connected according to Mark. Well located in crop field. No obstructions. 3 videos/photos taken. Mr. Dahlinghaus left with Right-of-Entry forms to complete and submit. This well is well # 34-037-20009-00-00. |

There was no discharge of fluid or natural gas or natural gas detected with a meter. As previously mentioned, the well consisted of 8 drive pipe, 6 and 4.5 casing equipped with a wellhead. At the conclusion of this inspection, an odor resembling natural gas was smelled while walking to the Southwest at the following coordinates: N 40.33020 W 084.48168. This location was approx 1200 away from Permit No. 9 and 700 away from Permit No. 60035. Note: The wind was blowing to the Northwest. A gas detector was utilized around the subject area, but showed no detection of gas. A metal detector was also utilized and revealed no relevant sign of steel located below the surface. |

At time of 10/13/05 inspection, Mark Dahlinghaus indicated that it ran to the SE to connect with the central well and the well was along tied to the southern well. Well in soybean field. No significant change noted at the surface since 3/15/06 inspection. Photos taken. On site to check well & update priority matrix. Talked to Terracina by phone after inspection. |
