Cassidy Drilling Inc. purchased a drill permit to reopen this well issued on 8/10/1973. The original proposed depth was 1700 feet to the Newburg Fm. The Record of Cementing sheet indicates special conditions Such that. The drill was reopened to 956 feet, when the drill string became lodged in the borehole. The Drill string was shot off at 746 feet and 5 drill collars and 2 joints of drill pipe were abandoned in the hole. The 4.5 inch production string was installed and cemented at 746 feet.
