This well was registered as an Exempt Domestic Well. The land owner is the owner / operator of the well. To maintain Exempt Domestic Owner status the well can only supply gas to the dwelling on the property. Do to the proximity of the well to adjacent property owners the owner is required to meet and maintain Insurance. There is an inherent risk and liability in the ownership of any oil and gas well.
