| 1428674614 | 2015-03-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | At the time of the inspection the well has 13 inside diameter casing sitting flush with the ground. The well is filled with water and debris and there was no evidence of any other casings. There was a noticeable, steady bubbling of gas from the water inside the well. Gas levels of 1.25 PPM Methane and a 25 LEL were measured inside the casing. The well is located on a wooded parcel approximetly 500 south of Darrow Road and is owned by Stephen and Jessica Procner They plan on building a home on the parcel within the next three years. The current access to the well was from the property due west owned by Ralph Schlenkerman (father of Jessica Procner) at 11108 Darrow Road, Vermillion. An API # was assigned on 3-9-2015 and this well will be referred for review by the Orphan Well Program |
