The rods and tubing have been removed and the 4.5 inch diameter casing has been ripped at 1657 feet. Huffman and Bowers on site at 8:20 AM to plug the well. I did not witness the plugging of this well.

1032398655 2013-01-28 Production Wells No Violations Production well inspection, the well consists of 2-100 barrel tanks, a pumping unit and a gas separator. There is no legible identification. One of the tanks is missing a bull plug. The well has not reported any production since 2006. The well needs to produce or be plugged. There shall be a legible identification.(10) All producing leases shall be legibly identified in a conspicuous place on or near the well-head or the storage tank(s) as to owner, lease name, well number, permit number where available, county, and an emergency telephone number. If multiple wells are being produced into the common tank(s) each well-head shall be identified as to owner, permit number where available, well number and lease name. Any change of ownership shall be shown at the well-head or storage tank(s)not later than sixty days after the date of the assignment or transfer.
1116424744 2005-05-18 Production Wells Violations Noted Inspector spoke with the land owners son and was advised the well has not been pumped for over eight (8) years. Inspection revealed well is fully equipped. There is vegetation growing around and through the pumping unit. I took one (1) photo of the well and one (1) photo of the tank battery. There is no identification posted at the well head or the tank battery. Inspection of RBDMS records revealed no production records have been filed since 1997.
1261345313 2018-11-30 Final Restoration No Violations My inspection revealed the well meets the requirements for final restoration. No production equipment remains on site and the area had good vegetative cover. I did not witness this well being plugged. I have provided the owner of the well, Mr. Chris Schmelzer with a plugging affidavit.
