The tank battery consisted of 1-100 barrel tank. I spoke with the landowner who confirmed they were using the well for domestic use. The well lacked a legible identification. The owner of the well shall place a legible identification at the wellhead or the tank battery. The identification shall consist of owners name, lease name, well number, permit number, county and an emergency phone number.
