1628272290 2018-10-16 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed the well consists of wellhead with 4.5 inch diameter casing with a 4.5 inch diameter to 2 inch diameter swage and a drip. The well was being used for domestic gas use. The old house that was using gas was torn down and a new house was built. After meeting with the landowner, they stated they would be running the gas line to the new house once the crops have been harvested. The well is not in compliance, it still lacks a credible identification. At 12:32 PM I called well owner Mr. Jim Fink and was not able to reach him.
