Legible identification was posted. The well has not shown production since 2003. I spoke with Mr. Justin Kelly who is with MH OILFIELD SERVICES and he stated it was on their plugging list. The well is currently incapable of production. The well owner, MH OILFIELD SERVICES shall submit a written plugging schedule to Kip Thompson at 5880 Memory Road, Zanesville Ohio 43701 within 30 days, per OAC 1509:13(B)(7), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. |
