During the time of my inspection I witnessed that the well is equipped with 4.5 inch production casing, 2 inch tubing, and rods. The 2 inch tubing was shut in and the 4.5 inch casing had an opened line hooked up leading to a drip. 2 inch tubing, rods, and hoses were lying around the location of the well. There was a pumping unit off to the side of the well that was not hooked up. There was no identification present during inspection. Spotty vegetation has grown back and the lease road was in good shape. Preliminary restoration can not be passed at this point until the 2 inch tubing, rods, and hoses are removed from the location. |
