0468539548 2013-04-10 Production Wells No Violations FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 2038460302 Wellhead identification sign was in poor shape. I could barely make out the information. According to 1501:9-9-05(A)10/1509:23 the well identification sign shall include owners name, county, township, well name and number, permit number for the well, and emergency contact number. Wellhead is a pumping unit. 3-1/2 inch casing is coming out of the ground. There is a t-fitting then a 3-1/2 inch adaptor cap. Rising above this assembly is 1-7/8 inch production tubing to the stuffing box. No gas emissions were detected using the PhD6 gas meter. Tank battery consists of one 100-barrel steel tank, one 1100-gallon poly tank and finally a small knockout tank within the containment area. Sign identification on the steel tank also needs to be improved. It is not acceptable for the identification of the well.
